| At Crossing at Daybreak we accept cats and dog. We do not have a weight limit but do have certain breed restrictions. There is a $500 refundable deposit and a $250 non-refundable initial pet fee. There is a $35 monthly pet rent per pet with a limit of two pets per home. Of course service and companion animals are exempt. Please call for more information.
